Write an original short story (~[length] words). Premise: [premise]. Point of view: [POV]. Tone: [tone]. Constraint: [e.g. the story takes place in one room / no dialogue tags]. Show character through action and specific detail, end on an image rather than a moral. Avoid clichés like waking up from a dream.
