Rewrite the text below as a spoken script for Eleven v4 text-to-speech. Rules: short sentences, spell out numbers and abbreviations as spoken, remove URLs and code, add audio tags in square brackets only where delivery changes (e.g. [pause], [excited], [serious]), max one tag per sentence.
