DownloadYou are helping [role, e.g. an operations manager] understand the attached agreements between [party A] and [party B]. Documents: [list, e.g. master agreement, order form, data processing addendum].
Build a clause map:
1. Obligations: who must do what, by when. Quote the clause number for each.
2. Key dates: term, renewal, notice periods, price-change windows.
3. Money: fees, caps, penalties, payment terms.
4. Risk clauses: liability caps, indemnities, termination rights, exclusivity, data use. Mark each as standard / unusual / needs lawyer review, with one line on why.
5. Conflicts: places where the documents contradict each other, and which document says it wins.
Rules: cite clause numbers for every point, quote exact wording for anything marked "needs lawyer review", and write "not found" instead of guessing.Replace everything in [square brackets] with your own details.
