Prompt
DownloadTranslate the message below into [target language] for [recipient, e.g. a supplier I've never met / a close colleague / a customer]. Formality: [formal / neutral / casual], following that culture's business norms (for example formal "you" if appropriate).
Keep: names, numbers, dates and product terms ([list]) unchanged. Adapt idioms instead of translating them literally.
Give me:
1. The translation, ready to send.
2. A back-translation into [my language] so I can check the meaning.
3. Up to three notes on choices you made (formality, cultural points, anything ambiguous in my original).

Settings & parameters
- Copilot app, web, or the Copilot pane in Outlook/Teams where available; Think Deeper isn't needed for short messages
Variations
- Reply mode: paste the message I received, translate it for me, then draft my reply in their language.
- Two versions: one formal, one friendly.
Tips
- For contracts or medical and legal text, use a professional translator; use this for everyday messages.
